So, I've been asked a few times about where my series is going and why I've made changes. When I first wrote Tessa's Wolves and got a contract with Anystories, I was promised certain things in my contract. That company did not deliver on those promises, but I have been unable to get out of that contract. Anystories owns Tessa's Wolves and Hexom as they are right now and has the sole right to distribute them electronically.
I wanted to make some major changes to the series and Anystories was not ok with that. They also were quite vocal about wanting me to strictly write werewolf/billionaire porn. I had new ideas about my characters that I thought were more important so I decided to move into self publishing on Amazon, Nook, Smashwords, etc. to finish my series. As a result of my contract with Anystories and also just my desire to take Tessa in a new direction, I decided to completely gut the whole thing and start over from the beginning with her story. It will still get quite steamy at times, but I thought her character was just too damn badass to waste on being strictly a love interest. If you stick it out until the end of the series, you will find out what I'm talking about.
I also decided to go back and rewrite/revise all the other stories and make them their own series, which I'm calling The Immortals Series. This will encompass all the other stories that aren't Tessa's until the two series merge later on when the Great Evil makes his appearance after the fourth Tessa book. I'm holding on to the book for Haldir for a little while. Haldir is my absolute favorite character, and I wanted to add some more to his tale.
I'm also tossing around writing some other stories, probably shorter novellas to touch on the other countries in the Realm. I haven't even gotten to Sir Eason and his kingdom in the East or Rosemary's other brothers who live in the West.
I hope you'll hang in there while I get it all sorted out. It looks as if I'm scheduled to release a book every month this year and I'm just so excited to share it all with you.
Thanks for tuning in and have a great day!
